Do MICRA 6 speakers produce deep bass?
The woofers used in the athena TECHNOLOGIES® products are designed for high performance, high efficiency, durability, and of course great sound! The cones are comprised of Injection Molded Polypropylene designed to stay rigid during the most extreme excursion, yet it is light enough to enable fast movement, which means accurate and tight bass response! The rubber surrounds utilized in all models are the best available, and provide quiet woofer movement and durability. However due to the compact design the MICRA 6 satellites and the MC center are restricted in their low frequency response to 100 Hz. That is why we've included the M225 subwoofer in the MICRA 6 system to provide all the low bass response you'll need!
