Overview
To create the lifelike realism and enveloping surround sound heard at the theater, surround speakers are an absolute necessity. The AS-R1.2’s bi-pole design directs midrange and treble frequencies in two directions, allowing the hard surfaces of the listening room to reflect the sound. The resulting soundfield is immense in size and provides for a surround sound experience unlike anything a standard direct radiating speaker can accomplish. Sold and packaged individually, the AS-R1.2 also makes the perfect solution for the rear center channel in a 6.1 system.
